The girls are so excited to be enjoying their new table. This was my table when I was little. They love to color at it and eat their snack. Everett is trying to claim his spot there too! We don't have it in the kitchen yet because we know they will never want to eat in their highchairs again (and we are already starting to meet some resistance to the highchairs as it is.) They are used to eating at tables at school but I want to keep them babies at home for as long as I can!!!

Tumbling Twinsies!
The girls had their first tumbling class 2 weeks ago. Okay, so we got the wrong time and missed the girl's first tumbling class 2 weeks ago but mom and I took the girls this past weekend. They had a really good time. I felt a little cheezy taking pictures because no one else was, but I couldn't resist!! They were SO cute. Then we took the kids to Maggiono's (yummy) and went shopping at Northpark. It was a long and very fun day!
Bella's Birthday
Bella's birthday was a fun but rainy day. It seems to rain every year on her birthday but the party nature of her parents keep renting that fun slide and the kids keep sliding in the rain!!! I think my mom and I did all the worrying while everyone else played! It probably would have been comical to some people to listen in on my mom and I's conversations as we watched and gasped and fretted! As you can imagine, my kids didn't get to slide. But, it wasn't my doing...they just aren't old enough (thank goodness!) I don't have many pictures because lately I am having battery issues (it's me, not the camera!)

Everett is sitting up!
When we got back from Paducah, he could all the sudden sit up. I think it was all the holding he got. I don't think he was ever put down. It made his back stronger or something. He is also starting to scoot and can get up on all fours! The doctor was really impressed at his check-up this week. He is so cute. He has on a "Ready to Roll" outfit because we were taking the girls to their first tumbling class so I thought it was appropriate. Kristin said that under no circumstances could Everett participate in anything having to do with gymnastics. I told him it was good for his athleticism so maybe he'll change his mind one day???!!! I also took this priceless shot of Everett and Lucy as proof that someone in our house does like her!
Labor Day
Even though it was a very hard week and weekend for us, we were lucky to have so much family in Paducah Labor Day Weekend since we were already out there for Billy's funeral. We spent a lot of time out in the country at the "farm," but there is also a shot or two of the girls at Grandmother's house having our first pancake breakfast that she makes. It's amazing. Also, Kristin's stepdad (Carl) got to spend a lot of time with the girls and their cousin Ava while we spent time with Kristin's family and went to the funeral. He got them all fixed up and has an amazing amount of energy. He could easily open a daycare!
