Family Summer Vacation 2
In August, we went with Chad and Scott and their families with our mom to Florida. We went to Greyton Beach which is like an extension of Seaside. It was so beautiful. We stayed in a house basically on the water. We had fun with the kids playing at the beach, having egg races, breaking a pinata, crab hunting, etc. We hope to be able to go back next year, too! There are so many pictures that they may not all fit.
Summer Vacation 1
I am so behind with my blog but wanted to get a few pics. of our wonderful summer up before things get so hectic with the new school year. Our first trip was to Disney World and then to a resort at Bonita Springs in South Florida. We had a blast. You can see from one of the pictures how exhausted everyone was when we would leave Disney at the end of the night. The big highlights for the girls were seeing Minnie Mouse's house (they LOVE Minnie) and meeting all the princesses. Everett was a trooper through it all. Next time he will be a little older and will enjoy it even more (he had fun anyway though.) We can't wait to go back!

Happy Fourth of July
The 4th was great! We had dinner with Joe and Mary Beth and then went to watch fireworks. The kids loved having their own lawn chairs.

Summer's On!
Mother's Day
Mother's Day was a lot of fun. We spent the night at Granna's the night before and then all went to the park for a picnic. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate! We still managed to have fun though and the kids certainly didn't let it spoil any play time!
New Developments
I had a rough but great week. I got my first 3 teeth all at once and I learned to stand and then start taking steps!!

Rodeo Weekend
Rodeo Weekend in Paducah was a blast for the kids. The weather was very yucky but that didn't stop the kids from having fun in the Stick Horse Rodeo. We couldn't believe that both girls actually braved the arena on their own!! They were full of charm and oh so cute! Charlotte went out and basically stood there and waved to the crowd while she flashed her sweet smile and Claire pranced around proudly. They were definitely two princesses maybe better suited for a pageant but their Daddy says next year we are going to practice and sweep the two and three year old division with Everett in there too! The kids also liked visiting the horses. Well...their cousins liked visiting the horses. Claire wouldn't go near it and Charlotte stayed in the car and when we asked her if she wanted to pet the horse she shouted, "No...shut the door!!"
